Unauthorized use or leaking of our products, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited. Regardless of the situation, the associated token will be permanently punished.
If you or your server are found to be breaking any of our guidelines, you could suffer from the following:
Your account will be banned from our site / discord
No refound will be allowed
Using our leaked products on your server will be reported to fiveM
Support
All our customers have access to support in the discord room's
What if I purchased a product and didn't get the tag?
Usually the Tag is delivered immediately, if not, you can open a ticket on our discord and send your Token, your tag will be delivered right away.
What if i found a bug or can't start the script?
Just report in the respective rooms on our discord, our support team will respond as soon as possible.
If you are unable to start the script, check the following:
Check if you have the latest version of fiveM artifacts
Check if you are using the same key assigned to the tebex account on keymaster
Check if you have anything in the Docs that can help you.
