#### *What if I purchased a product and didn't get the tag?*

Usually the Tag is delivered immediately, if not, you can open a ticket on our **discord** and send your **Token**, your tag will be delivered right away.

#### *What if i found a bug or can't start the script?*

Just report in the respective rooms on our discord, our support team will respond as soon as possible.

If you are unable to start the script, check the following:

* Check if you have the latest version of fiveM [artifacts](https://runtime.fivem.net/artifacts/fivem/build_server_windows/master/)
* Check if you are using the same key assigned to the tebex account on [keymaster](https://keymaster.fivem.net)
* Check if you have anything in the [**Docs**](https://revel-scripts.gitbook.io/revel-docs/) that can help you.
